Section 64-20-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes standard procedures for the formation and conduct of the child fatality review team and recommends protocols for the review of child fatalities where other than natural causes are suspected. This rule should be read in conjunction with W. Va. Code § 49-5D-1 et seq. The W. Va. Code is available in public libraries and on the Legislature's web page, http://www.legis.state.wv.us/.1.2.
