Section 64-15-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This legislative rule governs cross-connection control and backflow prevention for public water systems. This rule should be read in conjunction with W. Va. Code § 16-1-9, §16-1-9a, §16-1-17, and §16-1-18.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 16-1-4 and § 16-1-9 a.1.3. Filing Date. -- March 27, 2024.1.4. Effective Date. -- March 27, 2024.1.5. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2029.
