Section 64-108-7 - Appeals

Applicants adversely affected by a determination of the commissioner pursuant to these rules may request a contested case hearing to determine any rights, duties, interests or privileges and shall do so in a manner prescribed in the Bureau for Public Health rule, Rules of Procedure for Contested Case Hearings and Declaratory Rulings, W.Va. Code §§ 64-1-1et seq.
