Section 64-9-12 - Sewage Advisory Board12.1. The director may establish an advisory board and designate the chairman of the board.12.2. The advisory board membership shall consist of, but is not necessarily be limited to, the following members: two (2) representatives of the sewage industry; two (2) representatives of the division of health; one (1) representative of the division of environmental protection; and four (4) representatives of local health departments.12.3. The duties of the advisory board shall be assigned by the director.
