Section 64-6-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- These legislative rules establish the requirements for syphilis and positive laboratory tests for neisseria gonorrhea.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '16-1-7(5).

1.3. Filing Date. -- April 8, 1983.

1.4. Effective Date. -- May 9, 1983.
