Section 64-3-2 - Application and Enforcement2.1. Application. - This rule applies to public drinking water systems, public water utilities, to bottled water treatment plants and distributors, and to laboratories desiring certification to perform analytic tests of drinking water.2.2. Enforcement. - This rule is enforced by the Commissioner of the Bureau for Public Health or his or her designee.
