Section 64-64-10 - Consent by Legal Representative

10.1. Substituted consent for HTV-related testing or for the authorization of the release of test results shall be obtained in accordance with W. Va. Code § 16-3C-4 and this rule.

10.2. Minors shall be treated as established under W. Va. Code § 16-4-10.
