Section 58-46-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This rule defines terms to be applied to all rules concerning the regulation of hunting and trapping within the boundaries of this State. 1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 20-1-7(31). 1.3. Filing Date. -- April 15, 2021. 1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 2021. 1.5. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2026.
