Section 58-36-1 - General1.1. Scope and Purpose. -- The purpose of this rule is to provide for the regulation of the two-year pilot project permitting all-terrain or off-highway recreational vehicles on designated roads and trails in Cabwaylingo State Forest.1.2. Authority. -- W.Va. Code §§ 20-3-3a(e), 20-7-9.1.3. Filing Date. -- April 19, 2024.1.4. Effective Date. -- April 19, 2024.1.5. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2028.
