Section 58-35-9 - Maintenance9.1. Existing and new access roads and well sites are to be maintained throughout the life of the well. Culverts, road ditches, broad-based dips, and diversion ditches must be maintained in proper working order. Whenever the soil is disturbed on any well road by well-related activity, it will be revegetated and otherwise reclaimed according to the Manual and this rule.9.2. Maintenance shall conform to the guidelines contained in Appendix C to this rule.
