Section 58-35-7 - Inspections and penalties7.1. The Division of Natural Resources shall periodically inspect operations to determine if the operator is complying with these rules and an approved plan of operations.7.2. Violations of this rule shall result in penalties and fines being assessed pursuant to W.Va. Code § 20-7-9.
