Section 58-18-1 - General1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes the procedures to be followed in presenting and deciding claims of bear damage, and the issuance of bear damage permits, as well as procedures relating to the organization of bear damage hunts under W. Va. Code § 20-2-22a.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 20-2-22a.1.4. Effective Date. -- February 2, 2017.
