Section 58-12-1 - General1.1. Scope and Purpose. -- The purpose of this rule is to provide for the regulation of commercial whitewater rafting, outfitting, and related activities to assure safe operations and protect the environment.1.2. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect August 1, 2029.
