Section 58-10-3 - Applicability3.1. This procedural rule applies to the Division of Natural Resources and all sections and offices within.3.2. All purchases over $25,000 must be approved by the Director or his or her authorized designee.3.3. The Director or his or her authorized designee may grant permission to approve purchases up to $25,000 to the purchasing liaison for each respective section and office.3.4. All automated systems prescribed by the Property and Procurement Office as statewide systems are mandatory for Division sections and offices.
