Section 58-7-9 - Unexpended Funds9.1. All unexpended funds remaining at the end of the grant period will be handled as follows: 9.1.1. If the applicant applies for a grant for the subsequent grant period, and the Department approves said application, unexpended funds will be netted against the amount for which the applicant is eligible to receive;9.1.2. If the applicant does not apply for a grant for the following grant period, unexpended funds will return to the control of the Department.
