Section 24-1-16 - Policy Regarding License Applicants for New Licensure, License Renewal, or License Reactivation Who Have Had a License Revoked or Surrendered in Another State16.1. If an osteopathic physician has had his or her license revoked or surrendered in another state, the Board shall not issue or reactivate a license until the physician shows that he or she is eligible for licensure in the state where the action was taken. This does not include licenses which were not renewed at renewal times and were in good standing.16.2. This policy is also applicable to physicians applying for an educational permit.
