Section 24-1-1 - [Effective 7/1/2024] General1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes the operation of the board and the regulation and licensing of osteopathic physicians.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 30-14-14, W. Va. Code § 30-1-7a, and W. Va. Code § 30-1D-1(d).1.3. Filing Date. -- April 15, 2024.1.4. Effective Date. -- July 1, 2024.1.5. Sunset Provision. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect upon August 1, 2029.
