Section 144-1-10 - Administration and Assistance by the Division of Tourism for the Tourism Promotion Fund

10.1. The Division of Tourism shall utilize its staff to support the Cooperative Tourism Grant Program. The Division of Tourism shall report to the Commission regarding its staff, the advertising and promotion assistance rendered, and the management of the West Virginia welcome centers.
