Section 381-100-055 - [Effective until 7/1/2024] Board notification of alleged violations

Whenever the CCO receives notification of an offender's alleged violation behavior, the CCO must notify the ISRB hearing officer of alleged violation(s). Notification may be made via telephone or electronic means.
