Section 381-100-030 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Scope

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to individuals granted community custody from a prison sentence pursuant to RCW 9.95.420, 10.95.030(2), or 9.94A.730, who are alleged to have violated the conditions of their order of release.
