Section R432-600-11 - Personnel(1) The Administrator shall employ a sufficient number of professional and support staff who are competent to perform their respective duties, services and functions. (a) All staff shall be licensed, certified or registered as required by the Utah Department of Commerce.(b) Copies shall be maintained for Department review that all licenses, registration and certificates are current.(c) Failure to ensure that all personnel are licensed, certified or registered may result in sanctions to the facility license.(2) There shall be planned, documented, in-service training program held regularly for all facility personnel.(3) The training program shall address all clinic protocols and policies.(4) All clinic personnel shall have access to the facility's policies and procedures manuals and other information necessary to effectively perform assigned duties and carry out responsibilities.Utah Admin.
