Section R432-550-19 - Laboratory Services(1) The birthing center shall provide direct or contract laboratory and associated services according to facility policy and to meet the needs of patients.(2) Laboratory reports or results shall be reported promptly to the attending clinical staff member and documented in the patient's medical record.(3) Laboratory services shall be provided according to CLIA requirements.Utah Admin.
