Section R432-200-27 - Dental Services(1) The licensee shall provide annual and emergency dental care for residents.(2) The licensee shall: (a) develop oral hygiene policies and procedures with input from dentists;(b) present oral hygiene in-service training programs to staff and residents by knowledgeable individuals;(c) allow resident freedom of choice in selecting their own private dentist;(d) develop an agreement with a dental service for any resident that does not have a personal dentist; and(e) arrange transportation to and from the dentist's office.Utah Admin.
