Section R432-200-23 - Dietary Services(1) The licensee shall provide an organized dietary service that provides safe, appetizing, and nutritional food service to residents.(2) A qualified dietetic supervisor or consultant shall supervise the dietary service.(3) If a facility contracts with an outside food management company, the licensee shall ensure that the company complies with any applicable requirements of this Rule R432-200.(4) The licensee shall ensure that dietary services are compliant with the Food Services Section of Rule R432-150.Utah Admin.
