Section R432-152-25 - Housekeeping Services(1) The licensee shall provide housekeeping services to maintain a clean, sanitary and healthy environment.(2) The licensee shall ensure there is a signed and dated agreement that details services provided if housekeeping services are contracted with an outside agency.(3) The licensee shall ensure housekeeping services comply with Section R432-150-25.Utah Admin.
