Section R414-307-10 - Home and Community-Based Services Waiver for Individuals with Acquired Brain Injury(1) To qualify for services under this waiver, the individual must be at least 18 years of age. The individual is considered to be 18 years of age in the month in which the 18th birthday falls.(2) Eligibility requirements follow the rules for the Home and Community-Based Services Waiver for Aged Individuals found in Section R414-307-8, except for Subsection R414-307-8(1).Utah Admin.
