Section R156-77-502 - Unprofessional Conduct"Unprofessional conduct" includes:
(1) failure to practice in accordance with the knowledge, clinical skills, and judgments described in the MANA Core Competencies for Basic Midwifery Practice (1994), which is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference; and(2) failing as a midwife to follow the MANA Standards and Qualifications for the Art and Practice of Midwifery (2005), which is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference.Utah Admin.
