Section R33-111-101 - Definitions(1) When used in this rule, the terms "bid," "bidder," and "bid security" apply to any procurements, including non-construction procurements, when the procurement documents, regardless of the procurement type, require securities or bonds.(2) This rule provides additional requirements and procedures and must be used in conjunction with the Title 63G, Chapter 6a, Utah Procurement Code.
