Section 20:51:28:07 - Renewal of authorization to administer immunizations

The authorization to administer immunizations must be renewed annually by September 30. Any pharmacists desiring to renew the authorization shall attest to the following:

(1) Current certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation; and

(2) Certificate of completion of a minimum of one hour of continuing education related to immunizations.

The board may audit for compliance with the above renewal requirements.
