The requirements of this chapter are intended to apply equally to one progressive slot machine linked to a progressive controller as well as several progressive slot machines linked to one progressive controller. The executive secretary may grant waivers in order that both single slot machines and multiple slot machines linked to a progressive controller may meet the requirements of this chapter.
