A light must be installed on the top of the slot machine that automatically illuminates when the door to the slot machine is opened or when associated equipment that may affect the operation of the slot machine is exposed.
If bar-top slot machines are operated, an audio door alarm must be installed. The alarm must be designed to activate when the machine is entered.
