Section 18.510 - Refusal, suspension or revocation of license(a) The Board may refuse to issue a license, and after notice and hearing, may suspend or revoke the license of a person who is subject to disciplinary action under section 41 of the act (63 P. S. § 422.41) as set forth in § 16.61 (relating to unprofessional and immoral conduct).(b) Actions taken by the Board regarding the refusal, suspension or revocation of a license are taken subject to the right of notice, hearing and adjudication and appeal under 2 Pa.C.S. §§ 501-508 and 701-704 (relating to Administrative Agency Law).
