Section 183.8 - Uniform procedures for the commissions relating to the manner and form of communications between commissions and between the Department and a commission(a) After the Secretary certifies that all counties have been connected to the SURE system, the commissions shall use the SURE system as the primary means of communication between the commissions.(b) Once the Secretary certifies that all counties have been connected to the SURE system, the SURE system shall serve as the primary means of communication between the Department and a commission with regard to voter registration.The provisions of this § 183.8 adopted December 27, 2002, effective 1/27/2003, 32 Pa.B. 6340.
