Section 177.5 - Residual funds(a) A candidate or political committee with funds remaining after it has made valid expenditures including contributions to other political committees shall use its remaining funds to reimburse the contributors on a pro rata basis.(b) A final Annual Campaign Financial Report shall be filed by January 31, following final disbursement of residual funds.
