Section 7.613 - Goal 2: Preserve the Commonwealth's natural resources and protect the people's Constitutional right to clean air, pure water and the preservation of the natural, scenic, historic and aesthetic values of the environment(a)Objective 1. Preserve the Commonwealth's prime agricultural land.(b)Objective 2. Protect the Commonwealth's environmentally sensitive land.(c)Objective 3.
