Section 6.631 - FunctionsThe Pennsylvania Commission for Women shall:
(1) Work with the Administration on policies, procedures, legislation and regulations that affect women.(2) Support economic and civic opportunities for women.(3) Support mentoring programs for girls and young women.(4) Serve as a resource for women and community groups by identifying and supporting strategies and programs that will expand and enhance the civic, social, educational, cultural and economic status of women, and providing constituent guidance as necessary.(5) Identify, and help build, programs and opportunities for the benefit and advancement of women.Adopted by Pennsylvania Bulletin, Vol 46, No. 04.
