Section 5.1065 - Implementation(a) This subchapter must be implemented consistent with applicable law. This subchapter is not intended to, and does not create, any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the Commonwealth, its departments, agencies or entities, its officers, employees or agents, or any other persons.(b) Commonwealth agencies under the Governor's jurisdiction shall take all steps necessary to implement this subchapter, including coordinating across agency organizational lines and responsibilities to create a unified user and digital experience for residents of and visitors to this Commonwealth.
