Section 5.1023 - Procedures(a) Four members in attendance at a meeting of the Interagency Health Reform Council (Council) shall constitute a quorum.(b) Council members may attend meetings in person or remotely by electronic or telephonic means. In-person and remote participation shall be considered attendance for purposes of constituting a quorum.
