Section 5.564 - Administration(a) The Committee shall meet at least twice each year. Additional meetings shall be at the discretion of the Chairperson.(b) Bylaws of the Committee shall be drafted by the membership.(c) An annual report of the Committee's previous years' activities shall be prepared for the Governor.
