Section 5.405 - Procedures(a) The Council will convene for meetings at the call of its Chairperson. A majority of the members constitutes a quorum for the purpose of conducting the business of the Council.(b) The Department of Aging will establish a regular schedule of meetings and maintain an agenda for meetings.(c) Additional procedures that may be needed to implement this subchapter will be issued by the Department of Aging in conjunction with the Departments of Community Affairs, Health, Insurance and Public Welfare.
