Section 1.363 - Coastal Zone Advisory Committee(a) The Committee shall be comprised of representatives designated by the heads of the following agencies: (1) Department of Commerce.(2) Department of Community Affairs.(3) Department of Environmental Protection.(4) Department of Transportation.(5) Governor's Office of Policy and Planning.(6) Governor's Energy Council.(9) Historical and Museum Commission.(10) Public Utility Commission. Each agency shall have one vote. The Chairperson of the Committee shall be designated by the Secretary of Environmental Resources.
(b) The functions of the Committee shall be:(1) To insure that projects or activities proposed for funding under the Coastal Zone Management Program are in concert with planned or existing State agency activities.(2) To be responsible for State and local coordination on actions of the Coastal Zone Management Program.(3) To participate in the continuing review of the Pennsylvania Coastal Zone Management Program.
