Section 1.361 - Designated State agency(a) The Department of Environmental Protection is designated as the lead agency for implementing and administering the Federal Coastal Zone Management Program for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.(b) The Department of Environmental Resources shall be the single State agency to receive and administer the Federal Coastal Zone Management grants for implementing the management program.(c) The Department of Environmental Protection, Coastal Zone Management Office, shall provide technical advice and assistance in the administration of the program, coordinate its activities with other agencies involved in the program, and act as a forum for conflict resolution among agencies in connection with their responsibilities under this order.
