Rule 1034 - Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings(a) After the relevant pleadings are closed, but within such time as not to unreasonably delay the trial, any party may move for judgment on the pleadings.(b) The court shall enter such judgment or order as shall be proper on the pleadings.The provisions of this Rule 1034 adopted June 25, 1946, effective 1/1/1947; amended February 14, 1996, effective 7/1/1996, 26 Pa.B. 862; amended October 24, 2003, effective 9 months after the date of the Order, 33 Pa.B. 5506; amended November 2, 2005, effective immediately, 35 Pa.B. 6318; amended June 28, 2016, effective 8/1/2016, 46 Pa.B. 3797.
