Section 847-050-0029 - Locum Tenens Assignments(1) Locum tenens means a temporary absence by the physician associate which is filled by a substitute physician associate.(2) The substitute physician associate who is filling the locum tenens assignment must be currently licensed in Oregon with practicing registration status and enter into a collaboration agreement.Or.
