Section 333-028-0238 - School-Based Health Center Program: Transfer of Medical Sponsorship(1) A certified SBHC that wishes to transfer medical sponsorship to a new entity must submit a Transfer of Medical Sponsorship Application to provide medical oversight. (2) The program will review Transfer of Medical Sponsorship Applications in accordance with OAR 333-028-0230.Or. Admin. Code § 333-028-0238
