Section 252:100-49-7 - Sunset provision

This Subchapter shall cease to be in effect if and when the Oklahoma Emission Reduction Technology Rebate Program ceases on July 1, 2027, or as otherwise stipulated in 68 O.S. § 55012 or its successor.
