Section 252:100-17-5.1 - Alternative incinerator design requirements

Notwithstanding OAC 252:100-17-5, the Director may approve an alternative incinerator design if the owner or operator of the proposed incinerator demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Director that the incineratorwill comply with OAC 252:100-17-4 and all other applicable requirements of this chapter.
