Section 8:96-1.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) The purpose of this chapter is to establish hospital financial transparency standards in accordance with 26:2H-1 et seq.

(b) This chapter applies to general hospitals that the Department licenses pursuant to the Health Care Facilities Planning Act, 26:2H-1 et seq.
