Section 8:94-3.3 - Types of grants

(a) The Commission may, at its discretion, designate specific types or classifications of grants that it has determined will best meet the overall purposes of the Commission as set forth in 8:94-1.1.

(b) The Commission may issue, withdraw or modify any grant type at any time, provided such action will not adversely affect any current grantee or applicant.
