Section 8:62-3.4 - Procedures for completing a reciprocal permit application for lead abatement worker, lead abatement supervisor, lead inspector/risk assessor, and lead abatement planner/project designer

(a) All applicants for a reciprocal permit shall submit a complete application and application fee pursuant to 8:62-3.3.

(b) All applications made pursuant to this section shall include documentation of a current valid lead abatement worker, lead abatement supervisor, lead inspector/risk assessor, or lead abatement planner/project designer permit, certification, or license from another state which has received U.S.E.P.A. authorization to administer and enforce a state certification and training program under Title IV of the Toxic Substances Control Act.
